Hand Painted Wooden Cross

I love how this cross turned out! When mixing the colors, I didn’t expect the paint to look like that on the wood, but as it dried, and I layered it, I realized the color looked almost like a clay pot. The vines and leaves remind me of the ancient artwork that you’ll find overseas, and I just really like how it all turned out! 
Little side note: the vines and leaves can also be a reminder of what Jesus said when He said, “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing” (John 15:5 NKJV).
